Activating your Network ID

Activate Your CWRU Network ID

Enter your last name, PIN number and date of birth to begin the activation process. Your PIN number is either:

a series of four (4) characters provided to you by your school or college, or
a seven (7) digit number provided to you by your school, college, department or Human Resources.

Non-CWRU staff, faculty and students: If you are employed by an organization that's affiliated with CWRU, such as University Hospitals, and require access to CWRU technology resources to perform elements of your duties, you may be sponsored for a CWRU Affiliate Network ID.
